- We print these files as sent to us. Make sure you check and double check. This means we are not responsible for pixelated or blurry images. As this issue will be 100% from the sender. It is your responsibility to ensure that your images are 100% high quality before and after sending your files. We will not issue any refunds or redo's if they come out pixelated.

Our transfers can be applied to almost any fabric and many other flat substrates. We use top quality inks and a fine grind powder to create the transfers. You will find our transfers have a soft feel and bright, long lasting colors.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame includes:

Transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days)
Processing time once we receive your item (3–5 business days)
Time for your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days)

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, go to the “Complete Orders” section under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated delivery dates may appear during checkout.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. In accordance with shipping carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
